Assembly Pallet Tracking
The dynamic read/write performance of the BIS M lends itself to busy production lines where pallets can be read without having to stop the line to accommodate a long read time. This can be done at mid-station locations throughout the production process. Typical uses of RFID in pallet tracking are to maintain assembly information and status, rework tracking, and allow for multiple product variations to be made on the same line.

Automatic Guided Vehicle Guidance & Tracking
BIS M is the best choice for dynamically guiding Automatic Guided Vehicles and keeping them on track. It’s compact size allows the processor to be mounted in confined areas on the bottom of the AGV. Data carriers are mounted in the plant floor and programmed with the data necessary to tell the AGV where it is on its path so it can determine where to go next and where to stop. | |
