What is RSS?
RSS (Really Simple Syndication), makes it possible for a user to subscribe to contents of a web page - or parts of it. This subscription is called an "RSS Feed". The subsciber gets published Balluff information through an RSS feed automatically and comfortably on your computer, as soon as it is published on-line.
How do I use RSS? In order to receive the feeds of information, you need a "RSS news" or " Feedreader". These programs are to a large extent already Web Browser components in
Internet Explorer 7 or higher or also in
Mozilla Firefox as an extension. There are also external programs for reading and administration of RSS feeds, for example the free program
FeedReader, or as an addition to Microsoft Outlook, the
RSS Popper can be used.
